Came here on a Saturday afternoon and got the pho dac biet special L ($14) and Vietnamese iced coffee ($5). Service was quick and good. Food came out in about 5 minutes once I ordered. The pho broth was seasoned well and was savory. I like that they actually gave a generous portion of meat. Overall it was quite a solid pho and tasted about the same as the other Pho Thein Phat restaurant on Rigsby road. Food(50%): 8.5 Staff/service(25%): 8.0 Value(25%): 8.0 Overall: 8.3/10

We ate here with some Family. I ordered wonton soup app, pork fried rice, #8 brisket pho Thai ice tea Wife ordered 37. CƠM BÒ NƯỚNG..... GRILLED BEEF RIF ON BROKEN RICE. Food tasted very good. I'd go back and eat here for sure. I enjoyed it I think we all enjoyed it. Place was very decorated. Super cool atmosphere. Place was awesome food was great service was nice and polite.

Passing through on our way to King George. Got hungry and wanted some noodles soup. Pho Thien Phat 2 was close by and we decided to give it a try. Had to wait a little before some knowledge us and took us to a table. The service was okay, our waiter was very polite and quiet. We had to asked for a couple of things (sauces and our check). The soup (pho) were delicious. I wasn't disappointed. Highly recommended. I was happy. It hit the spot

Best pho in Richmond! Fast service. Fresh food. Boba for the kids. Lots of meat. The decor is unique.

Never got disappointed eating pho here. Their soup and meat quality and quantity are the best I'd have in Richmond. You got a big bowl for a valuable price. We love going here all the time. Ambiance is nice and warm. Great decorations. Service is always top notch.

This was the only place to have all of the meats in bun Bo hue. It was super spicy too so I recommend asking for spice on the side if you've never tried it before. The portions were good and I absolutely loved the texture of the noodles! The flavor of the broth could be better but overall it was good. It was kinda weird though that the waiter asked me and my dad if we were paying together or separate.

When you walk in to Pho Thien Phat 2 you're met with decor that is eclectic and ever changing with the holidays: valentines day displays, Christmas trees, or yellow flowers for Lunar New Year. It's both welcoming and provides engaging to look at during a visit. Food and service are always top notch, with this establishment quickly becoming my go-to for Vietnamese rice plates in Richmond. Portion sizes are generous for a reasonable cost, while still being of high quality. I typically get the #33 which offers a bit of everything with grilled pork, pork cake, and pork skin to mix in to your rice with the pickled carrots and daikon that come on the side. And if you're needing a mid-day pick-me-up the Vietnamese Iced Coffee will always do the trick.

Beautiful inside decorated so nicely, and the food is amazing! Definitely a place to grab some great tasting Pho with friends and family. I will for sure be back and recommend to anyone wanting some delicious Vietnamese cuisine!

This place is a definite vibe! Most pho places in town are fairly bare bones when it comes to decor, but here it is fun and colorful. They boast a coffee/tea "bar" with plentiful boba options and other fun, creative drinks. The food is consistently delicious and generally quick. My go-to spot for a good meal and refreshing boba!

One stop shop to satisfy all the cravings. The pho is my go-to but they also have a lot of other Vietnamese foods that other pho places typically don't have like bun rieu, banh mi, and che. The bubble tea menu is massive and you can't really go wrong with any of them. They have been a bit understaffed so service may be slow. The spring rolls could be rolled tighter as well.
